It’s always enlightening to see major Global Brands doing good through their non-for-profit work, supporting a worthy cause. Here’s a look at the work of Coca Cola Company’s work in Africa, through ColaLife helping reduce child mortality through water purification.

ColaLife is a non-for-profit organization that works with Coca Cola to open up their distribution channels to transport compact ‘aidpods’ containing items like water purification tablets and oral rehydration salts. Through piggy-backing on Coke’s extensive mobile networks in less affluent countries, ColaLife aims to contribute to a reduction in infant mortality, improve maternal health and combat prevalent disease.
